Confirm that the bug or request isn't submitted yet. Go to Bugs page and search keyword you want to post. Keyword is case sensitive.
Login to BerliOS or create acount if you don't have it.
Go to Text Bank submit form.
Fill in the form.
- Category
  - Bug: You found a bug. Please write "Details" section how to reproduce the bug.
  - Feature Requests: Additional feature, UI improvements, and so on.
  - Image: Don't use this category.
  - Translation: You want a document or locale file of your language. Or, you found a translation mistake.
- Priority: Normaly, pelase select "5"
- Summary: Please include keywords to be searched.
- Details: Please write details as much as possible. Scene, how to, document name, etc...

Select document / locale file that you can translate. It maybe useful to see Bugs page's "Translation" category whtch has requested translation.
Translate document / locale file. When you translate a locale file, please use TextBank.xxXX as a template. TextBank.xxXX is listing all keywords to be translated.
Send translated file to SHINTA to update CVS repository.

Draw the image.
Send image file to SHINTA to update CVS repository.
